* Membership fees will be automatic debit on a monthly basis.
* 30 day notice of cancellation is required.
* All massages must be completed in their allotted month; missed massages are non-refundable but will have a 3 month roll-over grace period before expiring.
* Memberships may be suspended with ample notice
